As a collective, 2020 has been a year of great collapses, great shifts, and great rebirths. What impacts us as a unit influences us on an individual level. There is plenty of opportunity for you to feel powerless. On the flipside, because we live in a universe defined by duality, you have just as much opportunity to encompass all that makes humankind capable and physically and emotionally strong.

Why midday? Full moon ceremonies traditionally are energy filling and if done at night you will very likely not be able to go to sleep.

  • The first 20 minutes: we will honing in on the “why” of what intentions you are setting for the month - and your life - ahead.

  • The middle: breath work! Breath is how we deeply connect. It provides clarity, reverses cell damage and deepens our relationship with the universe.

  • The end: intention-setting ceremony involving the elements, support from ancestors, and higher powers.

    • While experiences vary, it is common for those who stick to daily breath work practices to connect to realms and beings beyond our dimension.

    • Correctly breathing allows your body to repair at a cellular level. When you are in a state of healing, with heightened levels of oxygen going to your brain, you are more energized and are able to think with clearer focus.

    • Gain some immediate clarity on actionable steps you need to take to make your dreams and goals your reality.

  • Perform an ancient ritual to set and seal in high-vibe and aligned intentions to manifest your dream life.

    • This beautiful ritual is a simple and incredibly effective practice, but it needs to be done with respect.

 

This is not for you if you are...

  • Not open to feeling intense sensations. 

    • Breath work is a mind game and you will likely have to push through a lot of limiting beliefs to get to the end. That’s part of the beauty of this exercise. 

  • Unwilling to honor the tradition of this ancient intention-setting ritual that will be done.

  • With health conditions that might be exasperated during breath work. 

What you will need:

  • Pen/pencil

  • Piece of paper

  • Cinnamon

  • Lighter/matches

  • Fireproof/pyrex bowl, a safe place to light the paper, and water on the side.

  • Comfortable clothes

  • Pillows to stack under your seat for the seated portion of the breath work and an option to lie down in a comfortable area for the other portion.

  • You will want to be in a place that is room temperature as well; some prefer having a blanket or optional clothes to layer on since body temperature can drop significantly.
